Issues such as the maximum household size, pets, smoker or non-smoker will be discussed. These preliminary conditions must be determined in advance so that I only look for tenants meeting your requirements.

If you want to conclude the rental agreement smoothly and without complications, I am pleased to take charge of drafting your agreement. Please note that standard agreements are not always up-to-date. Contents and conditions of contract never stay the same, but are partly changed. Therefore, I am kindly advising you to benefit from my services. I exclusively use contracts that are updated on a daily basis and have been checked for legal conformity.
